About the job

• You will be involved in the design and development of our OptiPort platform
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality and reliable software
• Work closely with other developers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and provide project status updates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and back-end development trends, technologies, and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience as a Back-end Developer or in a related role (full stack experience is certainly an advantage)
• Strong programming skills in using Python
• Good knowledge of algorithms, various software development practices and data structures
• Exposure to overall python code best practices
• SDLC (software development life cycle) knowledge
• Able to translate operational processes into software

Nice to have:

• Experience with Mathematical Programming and/or Optimization Models
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
